I love words. Simple, black and white letters strung together to make something amazing. Like pearls you collect over time, different shapes and sizes that fall into their own beautiful place. I think words are everyday magic, filled with power to heal and uplift and empower. We underestimate the good our words can do. We forget the change we can spark when we put a pen in our hand and a cause in our heart. Because each word we write is a piece of our soul laid bare for others to see and read and say “I’m not alone. For once, I am not alone. And I am loved.”
So today I ask you to script some love as a part of the More Love Letters 12 Days of Love Letter Writing. Find a cozy spot, your favorite pen, and a cup of cocoa and share a little happiness with a person who needs it.
